Cosmopolitan Online Fashion Awards

Fashion glossy Cosmopolitan has announced the winners of its Online Fashion Awards 2008. On 6th March, Cosmopolitan’s inaugural Fashion Awards took place at The Roof Gardens in Kensington. The awards celebrated the best in online fashion retailing, judged by English singer and TV presenter Louise Redknapp and TV persona Mark Heyes, together with Cosmopolitan’s readers and fashion experts. The 16 Award categories represent various elements of fashion. Varying from Best for Bags won by Dorothyperkins.com and Sexiest Heels by Faith.co.uk, to the Best Online Jeweller by Accessorize.co.uk and the Award of Most Ethical E-tailer went to Peopletree.co.uk. Other winners included net-a-porter.com for Best Designer and Oli.co.uk won the Best Newcomer Award.

“Surfing from the sofa has never been easier. With the constant battle to reduce carbon footprints, it’s good to see online shopping becoming increasingly popular,” said Louise Redknapp.
