Covent Garden sample sale

Motifs Sample Sale is debuting in Covent Garden. The event is especially set up to promote the work of fashion designers of African-descent and make it accessible to a wider public. Held for the first time in the UK, the designs are created by up-and-coming fashion designers of African-descent will be available to purchase at a sample sale held at the historic Africa Centre in the heart of Covent Garden on Saturday 27 & Sunday 28 June 2009.

Motifs Sample Sale brings together various brand names including award-winning designer Danielle Morgan, critically acclaimed ethical labels Lalesso, urban chic Simone Williams, Paris-based celeb designer duo BezemyMailan, afro-bohemian chic Nkwo and many more. The event aims to make the creations known to a wider public of savvy shoppers and accessible to all budgets.
