This Friday evening, Victoria & Albert Museum is hosting a stylish soiree featuring fashion films and workshops on November 30. The culture and couture night out at the V&A includes screenings of ‘Unzipped’ (1995) showing Isaac Mizrahi creations and the more recently broadcasted BBC documentary ‘The Secret World of Haute Couture’ on woman and their fashion finances. Discover the fashion art from up close with embroiderers Hand & Lock and couturier Jon Moore, where you can design your own patterns. The Friday Late event will finish in style with a performance by the English National Ballet School set over a décor designed by catwalk creator Simon Costin.
This edition of V&A Friday Late ties in with their major exhibition The Golden Age of Couture: Paris and London 1947-1957.
