Rumour has it that Sean 'P Diddy' Combs is hoping to convince Penelope Cruz to be the face of his new womenswear line, Sean by Sean Combs. The new ad campaign is planned for the autumn of this year.

According to Women's Wear Daily, sources close to P Diddy assert that he is very close to signing Cruz for the print advertisements, which will be shot by Peter Lindbergh. That Penelope Cruz used to be the face of Ralph Lauren appears to be more than a coincidence. P Diddy is known to be a great admirer of the brand, so perhaps he feels that hiring Cruz will help with his image. Watch this space!
