Dune to launch online product videos

Fashion footwear retailer, Dune, is to rollout videos
across its entire online footwear range after seeing an increase in conversion rates on products with video compared to those without.Having trialled on products in the relaunch of the website back in May, the retailer will now create online product videos on all footwear with an aim to extend into accessories.
Rob Bostock, head of e-commerce at Dune said: "Replicating this in-store ‘catwalk’ online is helping us to engage with our customers and give them confidence in what they’re buying. The business case to rollout site-wide is clear - video has a significant impact on conversion."
