Elie Saab launches bridal line

London - Lebanese couturier Elie Saab is launching its new bridal line, Elie Saab Bridal, to complement the Paris-based brand’s current ready-to-wear and haute couture lines.
The fashion house’s first ready-to-wear bridal line will launch with 25-pieces and will follow the “style evolution” of its ready-to-wear collections over the last few seasons, with “feminine and daring silhouettes” at the core of the design.
The gowns, which the house describes as a "contemporary and modern interpretation" of bridalwear, will come in a variety of styles including featuring Saab’s signature intricate embroideries and draperies, as well as streamlined gowns, shorter styles, and even a jumpsuit, which will feature floral motif embroidery, and in graphic cuts a layered, split skirt.
As you would expect from Saab, touches of feathers, dotted tulle, silk chiffon and lace are represented throughout the collection, as well as ballet-inspired flat slippers, Swarovski crystal headbands, matching veils and embellished clutches to complete the whole bridal look.
A few select pieces are now available at the designer's Paris, Beirut, Dubai, Hong Kong and Harrods store locations, with the entire collection expected to hit stores in October 2016.
Prices for the 25-piece collection will start from 5,500 euros.
