Ex-Zara designer launches own label

Previously at the design team of Zara, Nieves Ruiz launched her own fashion label Bibico, which is all about being fair. The fair trade label is produced by fair trade certified manufacturers in India and Nepal. The SS09 collection features flattering cuts for an affordable price, which is currently available online and at Topshop.

Ruiz studied Fashion Design in France and when she graduated started to work for Zara and Corte Ingles in Spain. After traveling around the world, mainly India inspired her to launch her own on-trend 100% fair trade label.
