Ferrari Fashion School forms partnership with UK's Teesside University

Ferrari Fashion School, part of the Plena Education group, has formed an academic partnership with Teesside University, a UK public university recognised for its innovative approach to teaching.

The collaboration allows students in Milan to pursue a bachelor of arts in fashion design, fashion styling and communication, and fashion business and digital marketing. It also offers a master of arts in fashion design and creative direction, and fashion and luxury management. All degrees will be validated by the UK university, ensuring they are internationally recognised.

“With Teesside University, we have built an educational model that connects two visions of fashion and two complementary educational approaches,” commented Anna Lottersberger, director of Ferrari Fashion School.

“On one hand, we have the technical expertise, product care and knowledge of the luxury system that characterise Made in Italy. On the other, the English model’s ability to cultivate critical thinking and stimulate learning through practical projects, even in business courses. For students, this means training in Milan with a truly international perspective and acquiring skills that are immediately applicable in an increasingly global industry,” Lottersberger specified.

The teaching method combines theoretical lessons, laboratory activities and workshops in collaboration with companies in the fashion and luxury sector. Ferrari Fashion School is a higher education institution founded in Milan in 2000, specialising in the fashion, luxury and design sectors.
