First FashionExpo

New fashion event, FashionExpo promises to showcase the hottest talent in Islington’s Business Design Centre from November 5-6. The new fashion exhibition on the block will bring together designers and retailers, with manufacturers to demonstrate and celebrate the wealth of the UK’s fashion capabilities of today. Spread over 75 stands, it shows fresh fashion talent, catwalk shows and industry related workshops and seminars. FashionExpo is hosted in association with Profile, an event for new and emerging fashion designers, providing them with a platform between Graduate Fashion Week and London Fashion Week. Alongside with Hobbs, Whistles, Debenhams and Topshop the fashion exhibition is brought to you by the City Fringe Partnership. FashionExpo will start with an evening gala, where industry-led can meet and greet. The night will be hosted by a celebrity and feature two catwalk shows and award ceremony. Dazzling design talent and manufactures will be rewarded by supporting retailers, looking at their design expertise, pattern cutting and business plans. The debuting fashion exhibition aims to become the annual event for emerging businesses and designers within the whole fashion industry spectrum.
