Globe-Trotter launches personalised service

Globe-Trotter has launched a personalised service where its must-have cases can now be customised with your own initials.

The luxury suitcases have remained virtually unchanged since their debut in 1897 in terms of design and manufacture and are a favourite of the traveling fashion cognoscenti.

A choice of typefaces, sizes and colours can be selected at the Globetrotter flagship store in the Burlington Arcade for either a new suitcase purchase or for an existing Globe-Trotter case. Utilising modern technology and age-old craftsmanship, a special cut vinyl is produced as a guide by a Bespoke team based at the company's Broxbourne factory in Hertfordshire. The initials are then hand painted directly onto the front position (lid) of the Globe-Trotter suitcase to create a traditional yet contemporary, durable effect to last a lifetime of use.

Prices start from £75.00 per set of initials which can be up to 6 letters on one side of the suitcase.
