Victoria Beckham has undoubtedly brought out something of a fashionista, or stylist at the very least in her husband David Beckham, who has announced the expansion of his partnership with Swedish fast-fashion retailer H&M.

For the upcoming Spring 2015 collection, Beckham has been asked to select his favourite men's wear pieces from the Modern Essentials collection at H&M, to create a curated wardrobe dubbed: 'Modern Essentials selected by David Beckham.'

The latest collaboration between the two parties comes after the David Beckham Bodywear range, and aims to share Beckham's sense of style with men around the globe. H&M will also launch a new range of it's David Beckham Bodywear range for spring, simultaneously with the 'Modern Essentials selected by David Beckham' both online and in store on March 5.

"I am thrilled to continue and extend my collaboration with H&M by selecting my favourite pieces from this spring’s Modern Essentials collection," commented David Beckham. "Each piece is a new wardrobe classic that will update every man’s spring wardrobe with great style."

'Modern Essentials selected by David Beckham' focuses on key pieces, which will be updated each season in fresh fabrics, colours and fits. Key pieces for the curated line include a linen bomber jacket; a white chalk-washed denim jacket; a car coat; a sharp linen blazer; a city-slick polo shirt and the perfect poplin white shirt.

The campaign for the range was shot by film director Marc Foster, who is known for his work in films such as Monster's Ball, the Kite Runner and Stranger than Fiction. "Marc Forster is one of my favourite directors – I can’t wait to reveal the new campaign with H&M," added Beckham.

"Most of us are familiar with David's innate sense of style and design, however it was his acute eye for cinematic storytelling that struck me during the filming of this campaign," explained Forster. "He doesn't make H&M clothing look good, he makes it look great."
