For AW09, Theatre de la Mode (TDLM) will be showing their 'Elixir of the Hungarian horseman' collection during London Fashion Week on the 21st of February as part of Vauxhall Fashion Scout. Inspired by the heavy drapes of the Hungarian Horseman, the collection continues with TDLM's oversized signature look. The range features a drape back hoody, a geometric cap-sleeved jacket and a hand-painted silk shirt. Each piece combines a variety of fabrics, including wool shirting and marl cotton-jersey, shadow stripe habotai silk and cotton twill. The elixir blends a rich colour palette mixing emeralds, navy, mustard yellow, granite and khaki.

Christopher Kelly previously head of menswear at Michiko Koshino, is the main man behind the artisan fashion label that was formed in 2007. Following the success of TDLM's first collection, Vauxhall Fashion Scout selected the brand for the second time to showcase its designs.
