Human Rights by Nudie Jeans

Its all about those magical moments during the holiday season and to be as good as you give. For AW07, Nudie Jeans decided to do something to symbolise human rights and teamed up with Amnesty International in Sweden to create a Human Rights T-shirt collection. Each shirt represents one of the 30 articles of the UN Declaration of Human Rights and was donated by the designers who took part in this project.
It is an ongoing trend for the fashion industry and celebrities to join forces with charities. In 2006, U2 singer Bono launched Red to raise money for Global Fund, an organisation in aid of AIDS prevention projects in Third World countries. Italian designer, Giorgio Armani created sunglasses for Red, Gap launched a vintage red T and Converse presented a limited edition sneakers to name but a few.
Nudie Jeans’ Human Rights collection is in the UK available from Asos, Men ala Mode, and not addicted.
