Illamasqua exclusive to Selfridges

British make-up brand Illamasqua for both men and women will launch exclusively at department store Selfridges Oxford Street in October of this year. Inspired by the 1920s Berlin club scene, Illamasqua’s mission is to provide high-performance, professional make-up to anyone who wants to self express and accentuate his or her look beyond the norm.

Developed by leading chemists and manufacturers of stage and screen make-up, and expert make-up artists, Illamasqua is designed to be colour intense, colour true and long lasting. The premium products provide consumers and make-up artists with a huge palette of colours. Illamasqua will offer ‘consultations’ to its consumers by trained make-up artists. The Illamasqua Art Team consists of make-up artist Alex Box, contemporary artist Anja Huwe and punk legend David Vanian. Illamasqua will launch with the following four collections. Noir; a dark edgy seductive collection, Fantasy; a surreal, colourful collection, Romance; a feminine collection and 1920s Berlin; inspired by the dark and illicit clubs of Berlin in the 1920s.
