US fashion retailer Opening Ceremony reworked Esprit's 90s classics. "It's our interpretation of the Esprit staples that we hoarded growing up, and we hope to make this generation just as excited," said opening Ceremony founders Carol Lim and Humberto Leon. "It has the original Esprit energy of the ‘80s and ‘90s, but we’ve updated things with innovative fabrics, unisex styles, and multi-functional pieces that are all very OC.”
The women's and men’s collections include bold prints, graphic tees, cozy outerwear, athletic-inspired staples, and lots of iconic Esprit logo gear. Prices range from 40 dollars for a beanie or Esprit logo shopper to 195 dollars for a reversible knit dress. A logo T-shirt, hoodie and sweatpants retail for 60,95 and 110 dollars.
In addition to the Opening Ceremony stores in the US, the collection is available at Selfridges in London, Tom Greyhound in Paris, i.T in Honk Kong and Beijing, and on the Opening Ceremony website.
The New York fashion label has a history of collaborations with Maison Martin Margiela, Adidas Originals, Levi's, Rodarte and Topshop.
