Jeans maker Lee has put a replica of James Dean's jeans in its Lee Originals Collection. The original jeans were worn by denim icon actor James Dean in 1956, in the movie Giant, during the shooting of which he died in an accident.

The James Dean-pair of jeans was recently auctioned in Dallas and brought up a hefty $35,850. For Lee enough reason to put the spotlights once again to this classic model, this time in a contemporary fit.

Lee will have the replica of the original Lee 101Z in its collection of Lee Originals:The Archives ss10. The jeans will come in dry and used styles.
