The British Fashion Council is building on the success of its talk series during London Fashion Week and London Fashion Weekend by adding a series of events to take place during London Collections: Men this January.

Entitled London Men’s Week Talk Series, the British Fashion Council has put together a programme of speakers from the industry that will offer insights from the global fashion community to fashion interested consumers.

Talks will run daily through London Collections: Men at the luxury members club, Century Club. Each talk will be limited to 100 guests and will be free of charge.

Highlights from the inaugural talk series will be Nicola Formichetti in conversation with Jo-Ann Furniss, Diesel’s creative director will be discussing his career to date, while global head of menswear at Louis Vuitton Kim Jones will be in conversation with Lou Stoppard talking about his life, work and influences.

Other talks will take place with Lev Tanju, founder of skate label Palace, and Ashley Heath and Max Pearmain will be discussing the changing menswear landscape and subsequent representation within print media.

London Collections: Men will showcase the autumn/winter 2016 collections from more than 60 ready-to-wear and accessories designers from January 8 to 11.
