The French actress and artist is known for her dress sense. She’s been the face of Givenchy and recently she modeled for the Pirelli Calendar. The capsule collection for women is based around Lou Dillion's dress style and the ‘Globe Trotter’ theme. Small T-shirts (£20-25) and high-waisted trousers (£50-55) accentuate the waist, and large tops teamed with skinny jeans emphasize the shoulders. Accessories inspired on men’s ties and braces match with the whole range.
For the Spring/Summer collection 16 styles have been developed, which are all branded with a special designed Lou / Lee Cooper logo. For next season the range will expand into a 24-30 products collection of which Lou will create 12 pieces and the remaining mainline designs will come in Lou’s colours of the moment.
The capsule collection is foremost aimed at the younger market of the fashion industry of 16-24 year old. Lee Cooper Ltd. will distribute the range globally through 250 of its stores. Both seasons see the inclusion of the revolutionary XFIT LYCRA ® denim - licensed exclusively to Lee Cooper in Europe.
Morris Cooper founded the fine English Denim brand almost a century ago. Nowadays Lee Cooper is the third leading jeans label in the UK and France. The headquarter of Lee Cooper Ltd. is based in London and the company creates, distributes and markets jeans, clothing, accessories and footwear.
International renowned photographic duo Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin will shoot the advertising campaign. The launch of the collection will be supported by a film, website, viral PR campaign and product placement strategy.
