Reality star Alex Bowen, who featured on the 2016 series of Love Island, has launched his debut clothing brand, MVMNT London.

The street fashion label reflects Bowen’s personal style and the debut autumn/winter 2017 collection consists of oversized tracksuits, ripped jeans, longline t-shirts and denim jackets. The 16-piece collection features mainly khaki, black and grey colours, with the aim of offering wardrobe options that transition from autumn to winter.

“The idea for MVMNT London came four years ago when I went to a tailor and asked them to stitch together a sweatshirt and the bottom of a t-shirt to create a longline sweatshirt,” explains Bowen, founder of MVMNT London. “Back then of course I didn’t have the resources to make it in to a full-time business. I am now fortunate enough to be able to make my dream a reality and create my own vision of what oversized and longline clothing should look like.”

Bowen added: “Fashion is something that expresses your personality and in my mind, there is no right or wrong way to dress. It's always something that has interested me, so to create my own brand is just amazing.”

Although initially designed for men, Bowen states that the versatile range of casualwear means that it can be worn by men or women, adding that his fiancée, fellow Love Island star Olivia Buckland is the brand’s “number one fan”.

MVMNT London is available exclusively online in sizes XS to XL, with prices starting from 25 pounds.
