Tony Lutwyche's workshop based in Crewe is launching its first RTW made to measure ranges. The luxury label promises to give to answer to the high end market by truly carring the 'Made in England' standard. The suits are individually hand-cut, canvassed and hand-finished.

Recently Lutwyche caused quite a stir by speaking out against companies who falsely claim their suits are Made in England when they are in fact merely finished in England and the main part of the suit made abroad. The range will launch this month in the Saks store located in Palm Beach in the US, with suits starting at $4,425.00. Lutwyche expects to be retailing its new lines in the UK and Tokyo by the end of the year.

Tony Lutwyche, owner of Lutwyche, said: "Since setting up the business in 2000 we have gone from strength to strength with our bespoke suit making and contract tailoring businesses. With the pound currently so weak, the export market is more important than ever. It is the right time to launch our own range of Ready to Wear and Made to Measure suits. We are delighted that Saks has chosen to launch the collection in line with its Palm Beach store opening."

The tailor brand is the official tailor of the British Polo Team and the launch of his ranges is set to coincide with The 2009 Westchester Cup. It will be the first time since 1939 that the British Polo team have travelled to the United States to play for the trophy.
