Movado teams up with Rebecca Minkoff to develop watches

London - Fashion designer Rebecca Minkoff has announced a new, long-term global partnership with Movado Group, a global watch manufacturer to develop women's and men's watches.

The two companies are set to work together on the watches design, development, distribution as well as the marketing of the watches for Minkoff's eponymous lifestyle brand and her Uri Minkoff brand.

"I am excited to partner with Movado Group, a longtime leader in the watch industry, who has had tremendous success in global brand building in the timepiece category. Our customer wants stylish, functional accessories and we see watches as the next logical progression of the brand," said Rebecca Minkoff on their new collaboration.

The watch collection, which are set to launch in North America next summer, are set to retail between 125 dollars to 295 dollars and will be available at Rebecca Minkoff stores, online at rebeccaminkoff.com as well as at select retailers.
