For SS10, British heritage street-wear brand Nickelson will expand twice the size of its collection, developing a wide range of tees, knits, outerwear and accessories. The brand stayed true to the classic ‘polo shirt’ of which the label made a fashion essential in the 90’s, as they launch a LTD range of exclusive polos. The range draws inspiration from on trend colour palettes and has been labelled with the new heritage logo.

The new collection features more technical elements as Nickelson have built in advanced detailing to the range. The ‘Migel’ lightweight jacket features mechanical zip detailing and an overlay porous fabric allowing the material to breathe, increasing comfort as the heat can escape during the warmth of summer. Nickelson have also carried over the ‘Vyne’ jacket from AW09 produced in a lighter fabric, this military style piece offers an on trend look for a more ‘casual’ offering.

Nickelson was founded in the mid 1980’s offering durable fashion to London’s youth at a reasonable price. Nickelson built its reputation on wardrobe staples such as the 1990’s Nickelson Polo Shirt and the MA1 Bomber. In the 80s Nickelson released the MA1 Bomber worn by fashion conscious ‘Eastenders’ in the London area.
