Last season we saw a revival of pop art and Andy Warhol-esque collections. Sienna Miller playing Edie Sedgwick in ‘Factory Girl’ started the avalanche and now Pepe Jeans announced to design an Andy Warhol inspired collection in conjunction with the Andy Warhol Foundation.

The range will feature 250 pieces and is referred to as 'The Andy Warhol Collection by Pepe Jeans London'. The collection will have two sub ranges called 'Pop' - inspired by Warhol's art and 'Factory' - which is little bit more subtle.

The designs will be on show at a new section of fashion trade fair Bread&Butter in Barcelona; The Art. From May, Pepe's Warhol collection will be available in Pepe stores. Towards autumn this year, the complete collection will hit the shelves.

Previously the Andy Warhol Foundation worked together with Levi Strauss & Co on the 'Warhol Factory X Levi's'. Funny detail to know, that Warhol himself used to wear Levi jeans.
