Pink Ribbon Gala concert ’09

On Sunday 8th November 2009 the Pink Ribbon Gala concert is taking place at Cadogan Hall in London. The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra will help Breast Cancer Campaign continue funding vital research into beating breast cancer with an evening of music and poetry. The Pink Ribbon Gala Concert is organized acclaimed composer Debbie Wiseman M.B.E., who will conduct The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to the sounds of Bach, Borodin, Britten, Holst and Tchaikovsky as well as featuring Debbie’s own film and TV compositions.

On the gala Wiseman commented: “The Pink Ribbon Gala concert is a unique evening of music and poetry in aid of Breast Cancer Campaign. Campaign is a charity close to my heart and the concert is a tribute to those who have battled against breast cancer and a way in which the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and I can help raise funds to allow research to continue.”
