Dia & Co. has joined forces with Day/Won by Candice Huffine and EleVen by Venus Williams to release a wider range of activewear offerings that cater to plus-size customers. Dia & Co. will now sell items starting at size 14 and up.
“I’m passionate about fitness, wellness and an active lifestyle, and I’m super focused on making fitness inclusive for all,” Williams said in a statement.
“For too long, fuller-figured women have been portrayed in the fitness world only as a ‘before’ photo—suggesting that there’s a size limit on being active,” Nadia Boujarwah, CEO and Co-Founder of Dia & Co said in a press release.
The new lines mark the first time EleVen has expanded to sizes 14 and up as well as the first collaboration with Dia & Co. Dia & Co. added an active category last fall to add a wider range of workout clothes. The brand’s new collection is timed with Fit to Thrive campaign, which is headed by plus-size blogger Cece Olisa and athlete Shelbi Vaughan.
