Premier KIDS alongside Spring Fair

From 2009 Premier KIDS will take place 1-3 February alongside Spring Fair. Due to the decision of shared data-line, it will be easier for buyers to profit from the offer by the two influential UK shows during the trading period. Premier KIDS, the only UK trade show dedicated to 0-16 year olds kids  fashion and maternitywear, will sustain its well-established fashion identity alongside Spring Fair. Coinciding with keeping its own identity, Premier Kids will benefit from partaking in Spring Fair’s marketing campaign.

Alison Jackson, MD of Emap TPS, organiser across both events adds: “We are delighted to co-locate these two dynamic events. There is a clear synergy and crossover with Premier KIDS for gift, toy & lifestyle retailers seeking contemporary childrenswear, accessories and gifts. The show brands compliment each other and we expect both suppliers and buyers to benefit from the additional sourcing opportunities.”

The new date alignment is in response to market feedback, which indicated exhibitors and buyers were welcoming a change to improve their business. On the alliance exhibitor Jackie Crocker from Bobux commented: “Key buyers from Greater London will find more reasons for visiting, being able to skip across from one to the other, which will also increase the overall footfall.”

Launched in 1949, Premier KIDS is organised by Emap TPS in association with The National Childrenswear Association of Great Britain and Ireland (NCWA). The next edition of Premier KIDS takes place on 6-8 July 2008 at NEC in Birmingham.
