Radley teams up with Jonathan Saunders

British heritage brand Radley is collaborating with London Fashion Week designer Jonathan Saunders on a 16-piece handbag collection, marking the Scottish designer’s first proper foray into the accessories market.

The collaboration will launch in two phases, the first offering will be available in November, while a second will be unveiled in February next year, both will feature the ready-to-wear designer’s love of colour combinations and prints.

The collection will feature both small leather goods and leather bags and will be priced from 65 to 249 pounds.

Commenting on the collaboration, Saunders said: “I feel consumers are more than ever looking for interesting product that stands out from the crowd so it was important to me to offer something young, colourful and fresh to the Radley customer.

“Collaborating with a brand that has such a large heritage meant I was able to work with their design team to create product with the functionality that has been tried and tested for years and upgrade this with modern print designs.”
