Liverpool-based label Rare has added House of Fraser to its roster of stockists. Rare, supplying to Topshop, fashion chain Bank, Asos and oli.co.uk, also has a stand-alone website rarefashion.co.uk. From February 2009 Rare will enter ten House of Fraser stores, including flagships in Oxford Street, Belfast and Birmingham.

John Quinn, Chief Executive, Rare: "Over the past year our wholesale division has gone from strength to strength and a highly successful relationship with House of Fraser is something we're very eager to cement. Rare has a great fit with House of Fraser, our consumer is brand and trend savvy and relies on stores such as House of Fraser for her regular fashion fix. We are looking forward to developing our relationship further."

Since its conception in 1999, Rare has grown from a small family business into an international, fashion conscious brand. Rare launched in concession format within Topshop during 2001, with revenue's of circa £10 million, and now located within 25 stores nationwide, including the flagship store in Oxford Street.
