Replay stake bought by Equibox Holding

To ensure a future of growth for Fashion Box SpA and the Replay brand, Fashion Box Group reached an agreement with Equibox Holding on industrial integration. Controlled by Matteo and Massimo Sinigaglia, in which Wolfgang Friedrichs is a stakeholder, Equibox Holding now owns 60 per cent of Fashion Box SpA. The remaining 40 per cent will be owned by the Fashion Box Group.

Matteo and Massimo Sinigaglia were already partners of Fashion Box in the footwear sector, while Wolfgang Friedrichs is a partner of Fashion Box SpA for the German market. The company's headquarters and operating activities will remain in Asolo, Italy. Fashion Box Group was assisted by Four Partners Advisory SIM as financial consultant and by Chiomenti Studio Legale. Equibox Holding was assisted by Bonelli Erede Pappalardo Studio Legale and by Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei e Associati.

Fashion Box SpA is the parent company for the group that includes Replay, Replay&Sons and We Are Replay. It produces clothing for men, women and children of every age. With 2008 sales revenues of 305 million euros, the Group is now present in all European markets, the Middle East, Asia, America, and Africa, and covers over 50 countries. There are 5000 points of sale, and along with traditional distribution, the company includes a network of 220 single-brand stores.
