Roland Mouret is to show at London Fashion Week in February to mark the 20th anniversary of the brand.

French-born Mouret, who is based in London, has been showing in Paris for the past decade, however, the designer has confirmed that he will return to London Fashion Week to showcase his autumn/winter 2017 collection.

His return to the London Fashion Week catwalk will mark the start of a year-long celebration for the brand, which has flagship stores on London’s Mount Street, as well as in New York and Dubai.

"The main reason for showing in London is the celebration of my 20 years as a designer. London has been my home and the home of my brand for my career, I couldn’t think of celebrating two decades in business anywhere else,” said Mouret. “Over my career, I’ve shown the collection in London, New York, and Paris. They are all homes to me in different ways. We will show in London for the duration of the year-long celebrations and perhaps beyond."

Mouret is best-known for his figure-flattering womenswear collections and is a favourite of many celebrities. His brand is joint venture with Simon Fuller’s XIX entertainment.

London Fashion Week will take place from February 17-21, 2017 at its new home of The Store Studios, 18 Strand.
