Scotland’s luxury shopping destination Princess Square just saw the launch of its first pop-up boutique for young designers. The fashion boutique brings together eight fashion figures – including Deryck Walker, recently named Designer of the Year – to create ‘Reposition’. The store will showcase original looks, trends, works of art and quirky gifts from Scotland's design community. The shop will only be open for a limited time in the lead-up to Christmas.

From beaded tights, to floor-length dresses, Reposition will feature Graeme Armour, Bebaroque, Brazen, Jamie Bruski Tetsill, Scott Ramsay Kyle, Alice Palmer, Vidler & Nixon, and Deryck Walker. Reposition will also offer a 'style-lab service', including custom fittings on some ranges. Future trends, next season's colour palate and classic investment buys are available from the boutique, which will be run by PR man Chris Hunt and art curator Mutley from the SWG3 gallery. Renowned artists and photographers, including David Eustace and Sandy Smith, will also contribute one-off pieces to buy at Reposition.

"The style of each designer is extremely modern, their tailoring sublime and collections inspiring. Working with them to create a place that shoppers can come and buy their work for the first time has been really exciting and we're delighted to welcome the project to Princes Square in time for Christmas”, said Jane Cowan, Princes Square Centre Manager.

Located on the ground floor of Princes Square, Reposition will feature items ranging from £15 to £1500. The store will be the first retail foray of the fashion collective as part of a longer-term partnership with Princes Square.
