Scottish fashion awards to be launched in 2006

Glasgow-based PR company, The TFF Agency, has announced the launch of the Scottish Fashion Awards, which takes place in May 2006. The awards have been developed to recognise outstanding achievements of, and/or contributions to, the fashion industry by Scottish individuals and companies.

New York-based Scottish model Lauren Tempany - who has modelled for Julien Macdonald, Nicole Farhi, Miuccia Prada and Alexander McQueen among others - is the face for the awards, appearing on all promotional material. Details of the judging panel and criteria are announced this month.
