Selfridges 90s concept store

Now that it's January 2010, anything from the 1990s officially becomes vintage. In lieu of this, Selfridges in London will be celebrating the theme with 'The Nineties are Vintage Concept Store', showcasing 90s pop culture through what we wore, saw, did and desperately wanted!

Selfridges is partnering with London's legendary vintage store Rellik in their first ever collaboration with a store, plus Beyond Retro, IDEA books and Work It as well as many other 90s heroes and devotees to create the ultimate 90s collection.

The concept store will look back at the music, the films, the art, the make-up and the fashion that became cult favourites with some very special products available including vintage 90s Chanel pieces; M.A.C's iconic Twig lip liner; HMV's Top 50 films of the 90s (yes Titanic is on the list) and an exclusive collection of YBA print's including Damien Hirst's Spots.

DJs will be in store to re-create Dalston’s original 90s night “Work It”. The concept store can be found on the ground floor of Selfridges, Oxford Street.
