UK Fashion Export is hosting a seminar Selling to Russia on Tuesday 13 May 2008 at 5 Portland Place, London W1. The seminar is set up to help fashion companies make informed decisions about selling to the Russian fashion markets.
Selling to Russia will provide an overview of the political, economic and retail outlook. The seminar will also give an insight into how to conduct business in the Russian economy and reveal the secrets of some of the recent success stories. Speakers include Matthew Anderson of Jenny Packham, Charles Hecker of Control Risk Group and Paul Alger of UK Fashion Exports. Cost is £66 plus VAT for UK Fashion Export members and £120 for non-members.
UK Fashion Exports is an independent trade association supported by its members, offering practical help to British exporters as well as to overseas buyers, agents and press. Membership is open to UK based manufacturers, designers and retailers of apparel and accessories. Apparel exports are estimated at £3bn a year and represent one of the most creative sectors within the UK economy.
