Sindy Gets a Makeover

The UK's favourite fashion doll is to get a makeover by gift specialist New Moons. In a joint venture with brand owner Pedigree, Sindy is to come out of the dusty attic with a makeover to include a new wardrobe, bags, stationary, luggage, lifestyle and cosmetics. The product range is doll led with four collectable cool and trendy fashion dolls.

While no is suggesting Sindy is anything but gorgeous, a wardrobe update never caused anyone harm, and New Moons chairman said: "Sindy is one of the UK's favourite brands, but is has been neglected in recent years. The Sindy brand is a sleeping giant which we hope to awaken."

Sindy's makeover will have direct appeal to fashion conscious, street-smart girls. Added features include labels, icons, tags, to enhance the collectability of the range. Soon to be poached by LVMH, no doubt!
