Space NK and Bloomingdale's partnership

British beauty apothecary Space NK will be teaming up with upscale department store Bloomingdale’s. The two companies signed an exclusive multi-year arrangement to open beauty boutiques in nine Bloomingdale’s locations across the US beginning in November. The beauty company loved by Keira Knightly and Kylie Minogue, is founded by Belfast-born Nicky Kinnaird. Space NK is best known for its innovative approach, service and selection beauty items sourced by Kinnaird herself.

“Space NK is based on a vision of my personal dream store,” says Nicky Kinnaird, Founder and Creative Director. “I wanted to create an experience that would impress me as a customer, delight, educate, and surprise me. Our partnership with Bloomingdale’s will give us increased accessibility and allow us to introduce the Space NK concept to a wider audience.”

Locations will include Bloomingdale’s flagship store on 59th Street as well as Soho and White Plains, NY; Chestnut Hill, MA; Sherman Oaks, Newport Beach, South Coast Plaza, Century City, and San Francisco, CA. The square footage of each shop will range from 750 and 1,000 square feet. Space NK currently operates 58 stores throughout the United Kingdom and 4 in the United States.
