STUDIO.VI AREA

The aim of the B&B Studio.VI is to nurture young design talents and to offer them a creative and commercial platform where they can benefit from the expertise and knowledge of industry professionals.

The B&B Studio.VI is a place of discovery and excitement for the designers. Women’s and men’s collections, accessories, jewellery, shoes and bags are presented in more than 40 international collections from all over the globe. The sense of community created by this internationality further supports the designers in the development of their craft.
 
Many of the young designers are already laureates in their countries and on the international market, while some have just started or are showing their work for the first time internationally. Highlights include Konstatin Gayday from Russia, Seiko Taki from Japan and France, Valentim Quaresma from Portugal and Mi Puro Corazon from Peru. Six fashion schools from Barcelona and a local magazine are also participating.

In a specially designed space on two platforms in the B&B Studio.VI, five international students have been selected to present their strong, authentic, innovative and avant-garde looks in installations corresponding to their origin and experience.

The work of all of the designers on display is intelligent, innovative and refreshing, while displaying adequate technical skills. With the selection of their collections, the B&B Studio.VI gives an exciting preview of trends and directions in fashion to an international audience of press, buyers and agents.
