Fashionchick, online curated fashion and beauty platform, has launched its new online shopping application in the UK to help consumers find their 'perfect fashion match.'
Named Swipe&Shop, the app works in a manner similar to popular dating app Tinder - users can swipe right to keep products or discard them by swiping to the left. Items which have been swiped to the right are saved to the user's personal wish-list and can be purchased from Fashionchick's partner stores through the app or through the Swipe&Shop website.
The app offers the latest collections from retailers such as Mango, Dorothy Perkins and Boohoo which have been individually selected by the editorial team at Fashionchick. "Our research has shown that women are browsing online shops for several hours per week via their mobile phones and tablets, but struggle to find an easier way to do so," commented Nikky Hofland, the concept creator for the app.
"Mobile commerce grows so quickly and we pride ourselves on moving equally as fast, to ensure that this app meets the needs of every fashion-forward woman."
