For this season, the British Fashion Council announced a diverse line-up of established and new designers for The Exhibition at London Fashion Week. From September 15-18th, over two hundred designer labels, from ready-to-wear to accessories will showcase their Spring Summer 2008 collections at The Exhibition. The fashion trade fair will host dedicated areas for; New Gen sponsored by Topshop for the fourteenth consecutive season, which acts as a launch pad for the work of promising names including House of Holland, David David and Meadham Kirchhoff; estethica sponsored by Monsoon, showing for its fifth season, with designers whose collections adhere to the three main principles of ethical fashion; the 101% Brussels showroom, which will house six talented designers including Sophie D’Hoore and Annemie Verbeke; and Valery Demure who selects four leading accessory designers to exhibit this season.

London Fashion Week’s exhibition plays home to a wide variety of fashion brands such; Antoni and Alison, Linda Farrow Vintage, Anne Louise Roswald, Goat, Ally Capellino, Mawi, Paddy Campbell and Made in Heaven denim. Established favourites, including haute couture milliner Stephen Jones will be showcased together with newcomers Tim Ryan and his contemporary knitwear collection, Romina Karamanea’s ready-to-wear collection and new jewellery designers Isharya and Lucy Hutchings. Other new collections include Berlin Represents, a group of three new directional German designers, Kaviar Gauche, Lala Berlin and Sabrina Dehoff, bringing Berlin fashion to London.
