‘Willows’ is the debut collection of emerging London label Theatre de la Mode. Designers Chris Kelly and Sara Flamm blend the realms of fashion and art, which is conceptualised by using miniature mannequins. The showcase gives a taste of what's to come, and is on display at the Brompton Design Project until 15 March.

The mens and womenswear are exhibited as anthropomorphic creatures of the woodland. Challenging conventional notions about fashion, the collection pays homage to post Second World War couturiers. ‘Willows’ manifests itself as an intriguing ensemble of wearable high-end casual-wear and modern tailoring, demonstrating an exciting display on fashion dolls With ‘Willows’, Theatre de la Mode has married art and design as at the turn of the Twentieth Century, when artists did not differentiate between creating a work of art, like painting, and designing textile patterns for Ready-To-Wear.

Theatre de la Mode's 'Willows' is on show daily from 10am-6pm until 15 March. September will see the launch of their RTW collection, for both men and women.
