For over forty years the brand the main focus of Toni&Guy education, product development and training plus positioning the brand in the broader context of fashion and style. Next to sponsoring LFW, Toni&Guy is launching a new hairdressing collection Model.Me together with fashion models Erin O'Connor, Helena Christensen and pop-star Jamelia. On September 5, the hairdressing brand is hosting a photo-call at Boots' flagship store based on Sedley Place, Oxford Street in London at 11am.
The hairdressing collection exists of fifteen pieces and is devided into three ranges. The trio created their own perfect products focusing on women with Afro-Caribbean hair, short hair and natural-looking styles. Erin O'Connor cut her coupe short and said: "Working in the fashion industry has enabled me to be a part of the creative process, to push boundaries, experiment with extreme styles, and explore the constantly evolving trends. My hair really is a huge part of who I am." And Jamelia commented: ".. it's about time that there was a hair-care range specifically designed for ethnic hair available on every high street."
From September 12, the Model.Me range will also be available in Boots stores across the country and Toni&Guy salons.
