The next series of Selling to… seminars organised by UK Fashion Exports will zoom in on the Middle East and takes place on Wednesday 13 May 2009 at 5 Portland Place. Speakers will include designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin, Sally Matthews of lingerie brand Sally Poppy and Matthew Cushen, director of international strategy, Kurt Salmon Associates, the global management consultants specialising in retail and consumer goods.

“Selling to the Middle East is designed to help suppliers break into this unique and potentially profitable market,” says Paul Alger, executive director, UK Fashion Exports. ”However, gaining a foothold can be difficult, so our experts will identify the key steps that need to be taken to secure business.”

UK Fashion Exports is the export division of the British Clothing Industry Association. Delegate places cost £50 plus VAT for members of BCIA and UK Fashion Exports or £100 plus VAT for non-members.
