Wolsey celebrates 260 year anniversary with Made in the UK collection

In honour of its 260 year anniversary this year, British heritage label Wolsey has developed a capsule collection based on the label's former collections.

Wolsey's creative director, Chris Lee looked through the brand's archives for inspiration for the Made in the UK collection, which has been completely developed at the label's factory in Leicester. Known for its outerwear and knitwear, the brand was founded in 1755 by Henry and Ann Wood who started manufacturing knitted hosiery and undergarments.

Wolsey's Made in the UK collection includes two coats, a sweater as well as woollen accessories such as a scarf and beanie. Prices for the collection start at 50 pounds for a beanie, and the collection is set to launch at the label's flagship store in Soho, London later this Autumn.
