Tory Burch has appointed Stefano Sutter as President for Europe and the Middle East, reports WWD. Sutter joins Tory Burch from the Prada Group, where since last eight years, he served as the regional director of the company’s Northern European business, overseeing Prada and Miu Miu businesses. Before Prada, Sutter was associated with Inditex across Europe and North America.
The report quoted a statement from Burch saying: “Stefano is an extremely talented business leader with an entrepreneurial mind-set and a track record of great success building brands regionally. I am thrilled to have him on the team and look forward to working closely with him as we continue to grow our business in Europe and the Middle East.”
“I am thrilled to be joining Tory Burch and excited about the opportunity to help the company build on its success in Europe and the Middle East,” added Sutter to the statement.
Sutter joins Tory Burch, two months after the company roped in Pierre Yves Roussel, former chairman of the fashion division of LVMH, as the company’s new CEO.
