Former Victoria's Secret CEO joins DK Retail as special advisor

DK Retail Consulting has announced that Sharen Jester Turney, former CEO of Victoria’s Secret, has joined the company as special advisor. The company said in a media release that Turney is an extraordinarily accomplished global business leader, ideally compatible with the mission of DK Retail.

Commenting on the development, Turney said: "I greatly look forward to working with DK Retail Consulting as the retail space is in a state of disruptive change with hopefully undiscovered opportunities.”

DK Retail, in collaboration with Japonica Partners, has a mandate to identify investments (based on a value investing discipline) in the retail sector, including the fashion and luxury sectors. Investments can range from minority to control positions in start-ups to multi-national corporations.
