Footwear brand Hotter has named Victoria Betts as its first omni-channel director as part of its continuing expansion plans.

Betts will be responsible for creating a “seamless shopping experience” for Hotter’s customers across UK, European and US markets, as well as growing the brand’s presence across all retail platforms.

With over 16 years’ experience, her previous roles include working with Shop Direct and Sofaworks, and most recently as marketing and trading director at Missguided.

In addition, Hotter has also appointed Adam Marsden as head of wholesale, with the aim of quadrupling wholesale sales. He will be responsible for building the brand in the UK and with overseas partners. His experience includes 15 years at Clarks working in wholesale management.

Hotter chief executive Sara Prowse said: “Vicky joins at a pivotal point in our brand’s story and her extensive experience of managing customers across different shopping channels and in different markets is the perfect fit for the next part of the Hotter journey.

“Adam is a key appointment to our Wholesale team; this area has always been important to us and we are single-minded in our determination to drive this area forward, targeting a four-fold expansion.”
