After five years with House of Fraser, Andy Harding has decided to leave the company. He was serving as the Chief Customer Officer. Meanwhile, the company has confirmed that Alison Lancaster will be joining House of Fraser on an interim basis to lead the Customer Directorate until a permanent appointment is made.
“As we continue to grow House of Fraser in the UK and internationally, it is important to restructure our business. Inevitably, this means staff leaving along the way. However, our ability to attract high calibre of talent, as highlighted by our recent senior appointments, is a real testament to the strength of our business and future ambitions,” noted the company.
Lancaster brings with her a deep understanding of the customer journey and customer proposition based on her experiences at Bravissimo, Bonmarche and McArthur Glen Group to name but a few.
Harding joined House of Fraser as ecommerce director, after gaining experience at stationery retailer Ryman and mobile phone retailer Carphone Warehouse, where he was director of web services.
