Spanish fashion retailer Mango has appointed Toni Ruiz as chief financial officer, as part of the brand’s continued restructuring to replace general manager Enric Casi, who will be relieved of his executive functions.

Ruiz joins from French home and garden retailer Leroy Merlin, where he has served in various positions including financial management in Spain and control and planning at international level. He takes up his new role from mid-February.

Casi will continue to sit on the board, along with two executive vice-chairmen, Jonathan Andic and Daniel López, chairman Isak Andic and fellow board member Carlos Costa.
