Gant´s marketing and communications director Caroline Roth has left her role at the American clothing retailer. In the past two and a half years Roth was responsible for all global marketing and communications activities of the Stockholm-based brand.

“I would like to thank Caroline for what she has brought to the company,” said CEO Patrik Nilsson in a press release. “Her energy and passion will be missed. During her time here she has played an integral role in building the plan for Gant from a marketing perspective.”

Roth, too, is content with what she has achieved during her time at Gant: “I am very proud of all the marketing and branding initiatives we accomplished in such a short time. I have had the pleasure to put the framework in place for the brand and also a long-term strategy that we believe in for the future. I look forward to follow Gant on its journey that I will feel strongly tied to, as I now focus on pursuing future projects.”

During her short two and a half year tenure, Roth worked for companies including Ralph Lauren and advertising agency TWBA. She made no statements on her future plans. Gant also has not disclosed any information on what the company will do with Roth´s position within the company.

Gant was founded in 1949 and now has over 4,000 points of sale in more than 70 countries, including the United Kingdom, Spain and the Netherlands.
