MyTheresa names Michael Kliger president

Neiman Marcus Group has named Michael Kliger as president of online retailer Mytheresa.com and the Theresa flagship store in Munich, effective March 1.

He replaces managing director Thomas Mueller who is leaving for “personal reasons” and marks one of the first major changes since the Neiman Marcus Group acquired MyTheresa from its founders Christoph and Suzanne Botschen and private equity firm Acton Capital Partners last October.

Kliger joins MyTheresa from eBay Enterprise where he most recently served as vice president, Europe and Asia Pacific. Prior to eBay, he held managing director and executive positions for several companies, including Accenture, and Real Holding.
